Abnormal Sovereignty War in VB716 System

Respected Pilots,

 

In the Sovereignty War that took place on November 22nd (GT) in the VB716 star system and its neighboring systems, a capital ship superdevice bug caused an error for a large number of players involved in the war. At present, the related problem has been fixed, and data synchronization for this issue has now been initiated.

 

During the VB716 Sovereignty War, which began at 14:30 on November 22nd (GT), the Aegis-class capital ship's superdevice bug (the Aegis's superdevice would cause it to be flagged as a hostile target by allied units after being activated, and the Aegis superdevice’s AoE effect was not correctly cleared after being destroyed) led to a large number of players being affected by an abnormal buff effect, where they could not jump normally, eventually leading to the Sovereignty War in the VB716 star system and its surrounding star systems being unable to reach a normal conclusion.

 

The Great Council would like to offer its sincerest apologies for the situation experienced by all players involved in the VB716 Sovereignty War.

 

The problem has now been fixed, and all Corporations affected by yesterday's issue will receive the following compensation:

 

1. Regarding the Aegis’s superdevices leading to them being destroyed by allied units, the Great Council already sent capital ships and their corresponding devices to the Corporation warehouses of the affected owners.

2. Due to the abnormal capital ship issue, the Sovereignty War in the VB716 star system and its surrounding systems could not proceed normally. The Great Council already compensated the war declaration costs on the following systems for the following corps, which has been directly paid to Corporation warehouses.

3. As this superdevice error negatively affected the combat experience of all players involved, and the following emergency temporary maintenance affected gameplay for all online players, the Great Council will issue [Senior Recruit Employment Contract x1] as compensation for 10 consecutive days from November 24th onward, at 02:00 GT every day, to all pilots in the game.

 

Finally, once again, we apologize to you all for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
