Second Galaxy Third-party Software Crackdown

In Second Galaxy, every pilot is granted equal opportunities and challenges, and the use of third-party software (add-ons, scripts, bots, etc.) seriously disrupts the balance of the game, infringes on the rights and interests of other pilots, and pollutes the purity of our precious galaxy. In order to maintain fairness and justice in the game, the Great Council will continuously crack down on such activities with extreme prejudice.

 

Recently, multiple pilots reported the existence of "Botting Corps" who created and used various methods to cheat in the game. After confirming this information to be true, the Great Council decided to impose permanent bans on all related accounts.

We would like to once again emphasize the fact that the Great Council will continue to crack down on elements that have a negative effect on your experience in Second Galaxy, such as the production, operation, dissemination, and use of various game add-ons and scripting tools, in order to maintain a healthy and fair playing environment and to safeguard the interests of pilots who abide by the rules. We urge you to steer clear of any and all third-party software to avoid losing your game data, assets, and personal information.

 

In addition, the Great Council welcomes all pilots to make use of our in-game customer service support system, ( tap on the lower left “menu” button in any space station – tap “Settings” – tap “FAQ” – then tap an item on the list corresponding to the type of problem you’d like help with), customer service email service (secondgalaxy@zlongame.com), or any of our official communities to monitor and report similar disruptions to the balance of the game. We will deal with all reports as soon as we confirm their veracity.
